LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED. RAINFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE A
TENTH TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH PER HOUR. THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS MAY HAVE
HALF AN INCH PER HOUR RAINFALL RATES. WITH ALREADY SATURATED
GROUNDS...ADDITIONAL FLOODING AND WATER LEVEL RISES WILL BE
