STORMS ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS UP TO 45 MPH. RAINFALL RATES MAY
EXCEED ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR. TRAINING OF STORMS WILL LIKELY
LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING IN SOME AREAS. MOVEMENT WILL BE EASTWARD AT
