HAVE CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL
DOWNPOURS. RAINFALL RATES EXCEED ONE INCH PER HOUR IN THE HEAVIEST
DOWNPOURS. WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED AND SMALL HAIL
UP TO THE SIZE OF PENNIES. TRAINING OF STORMS MAY LEAD TO FLASH
FLOODING IN SOME LOW LYING AREAS.
