MOVE TOWARD THE EAST AT 10 TO 15 MILES PER HOUR ALONG THE MISSOURI
ARKANSAS BORDER. THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL
WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR...WITH SOME AREAS SEEING
ACCUMULATIONS IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES PER HOUR. FREQUENT LIGHTNING
STRIKES AS WELL AS WIND GUSTS TO 40 MILES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED
WITH THESE STORMS.
