BE EXPECTED. RAINFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF
AN INCH PER HOUR. THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS MAY HAVE HALF AN INCH PER
HOUR RAINFALL RATES. WITH ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS...ADDITIONAL
FLOODING AND WATER LEVEL RISES WILL BE POSSIBLE ON AREA CREEKS AND
