FROM EASTERN KANSAS INTO THE MISSOURI OZARKS THROUGH NOON MORNING.
BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES CAN BE
EXPECTED FROM THESE STORMS. WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.

RAINFALL RATES OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE
HEAVIER SHOWERS. HEAVY RAINS MAY QUICKLY FLOOD LOW LYING OR POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS SUCH AS CREEKS...DITCHES AND UNDERPASSES.
