OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED HAIL RISK.
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.
LIMITED EXCESSIVE HEAT RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM THIS EVENING. HEAT
INDEX VALUES WILL SLOWLY DROP FROM AROUND 103 DEGREES INTO THE
90S THIS EVENING AS WE LOSE DAYTIME HEATING.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING...MAINLY
ALONG AND EAST OF THE HIGHWAY 65 CORRIDOR AND NORTH OF THE
HIGHWAY 60 CORRIDOR AS A WEAK FRONT CLIPS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
AND SOUTHWEST MISSOURI. SMALL HAIL AND A LOCALIZED DOWNBURST
WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STRONGER STORMS.

ADDITIONAL ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS POSSIBLE
OVERNIGHT TONIGHT IN ADVANCE OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 100 TO 104 DEGREES SUNDAY.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT THE OUTLOOK AREA SUNDAY AND
SUNDAY NIGHT WITH THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT. ORGANIZED SEVERE
WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.
