THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED HAIL RISK.
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
ELEVATED FLOODING RISK.
SIGNIFICANT LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

A BROKEN LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL TAKE SHAPE FROM ROUGHLY THE
VICHY ROLLA AREA SOUTHWESTWARD TO BRANSON. THIS LINE WILL MOVE
TO THE EAST AND INTERACT WITH MODEST INSTABILITY. A FEW STRONG
TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE PRIMARY
CONCERN BEING LOCALIZED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

ONCE AGAIN...THESE STORMS WILL BRING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
AMOUNTS. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING RAINFALL
BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES IN AN HOUR.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY ACROSS MUCH
OF THE OUTLOOK AREA. HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING
WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY FROM SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS INTO
FAR SOUTHERN MISSOURI.

A FEW STRONG STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS FAR SOUTHWESTERN
MISSOURI.
