WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL SHIFT EAST INTO SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND
WESTERN MISSOURI AFTER MIDNIGHT AS A STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES THE
REGION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

A FRONT AND UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL TRACK THROUGH THE AREA
FRIDAY WITH A CHANCE FOR RAIN AND SOME EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS.
SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED...BUT AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL BE
POSSIBLE OVER FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
MISSOURI WITH LIMITED POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING.

ANOTHER CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR EARLY NEXT
WEEK...ESPECIALLY ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
