* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND FAR WESTERN
MISSOURI FROM 3 AM TO 8 AM.

* VISIBILITY...THE VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO A QUARTER OF A MILE OR
LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING WILL BE IMPACTED. DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS
WILL OCCUR WHERE DENSE FOG DEVELOPS.
