SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP RAPIDLY OVER EXTREME
SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI THROUGH MIDNIGHT. THESE
STORMS WILL AFFECT AREAS WEST OF A VERSAILLES TO MOUNT VERNON TO
ANDERSON LINE. EXPECT WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH AS THE STORMS PASS
WITH SEVERE STORMS PRODUCING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH AND
ISOLATED TORNADOES. IN ADDITION...EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH
ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
