THROUGH 10 AM. THE VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO NEAR ONE HALF
MILE OR LESS IN LOCALIZED AREAS. THOSE TRAVELING THIS MORNING
SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES IN THE VISIBILITY ESPECIALLY
WHEN APPROACHING A LAKE OR RIVER VALLEY.THE PATCHY FOG WILL LIFT
BY 10 AM.
