PATCHY FOG WILL IMPACT MAINLY RIVER VALLEYS AND AREA LAKES ACROSS
THE MISSOURI OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS THROUGH 9 AM. THE
VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO NEAR ONE HALF OF A MILE OR LESS IN
LOCALIZED VALLEY LOCATIONS. THOSE TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD BE
ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES IN THE VISIBILITY ESPECIALLY WHEN
APPROACHING A LAKE OR RIVER VALLEY. THIS PATCHY FOG WILL LIFT BY 9
AM.
