OSCEOLA TO BOLIVAR TO EMINENCE. THE RAIN WILL BE MOST CONCENTRATED
OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI FROM VERSAILLES SOUTHEAST TO OSAGE BEACH AND
ROLLA. RAINFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN
INCH PER HOUR...BUT ISOLATED AREAS MAY BRIEFLY SEE UP TO A HALF
INCH PER HOUR. SOME MINOR FLOODING MAY OCCUR IN AREAS WHERE
HEAVIER RAIN PERSISTS OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI.
