PERSIST INTO EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE CONFINED TO SOUTH CENTRAL
MISSOURI...ESPECIALLY FROM JUST SOUTH OF SALEM INTO THE ROUND
SPRING AREA. THE MAIN THREATS FROM ANY THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING...AND WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF GREATER
THAN AN INCH PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE. MOVEMENT OF THIS ACTIVITY
WILL BE TO THE EAST AROUND 10 MPH. MOST OF THE SHOWER AND
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL DIMINISH BY MID EVENING...HOWEVER MORE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER TONIGHT ACROSS CENTRAL
MISSOURI AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTH.
