THUNDERSTORMS WEST OF HIGHWAY 13. A FEW STRONGER STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF WIND GUSTS OF OVER 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL. BECAUSE OF
THE VERY SLOW MOVEMENT OF STORMS...LOCALIZED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL OCCUR WHICH CAN LEAD TO THE FLOODING OF LOW LYING
TERRAIN...LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
