WILL AFFECT AREAS NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM PINEVILLE TO OZARK TO
EMINENCE. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL OCCUR OVER FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS
AND PARTS OF WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST MISSOURI WHERE SOME AREAS
OF LOCALIZED FLOODING MAY BE POSSIBLE. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND
WIND GUSTS OF 30 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
