MOST LOCATIONS OF PHELPS AND DENT COUNTIES WILL REMAIN
DRY...HOWEVER...AREAS THAT ARE IMPACTED BY THESE STORMS CAN EXPECT
40 MPH WIND GUSTS...A BRIEF PERIOD OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN...AND
