THE PREDAWN HOURS. THE FOG WILL BE LOCALLY DENSE AT TIMES...WITH
VISIBILITIES OCCASIONALLY REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE. THE
FOG WILL BEGIN TO DISSIPATE AROUND SUNRISE AS AN AREA OF RAIN AND
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS MOVES NORTH OUT OF ARKANSAS. ALTHOUGH
MAINLY LIGHT RAIN IS EXPECTED...BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL
CAN BE EXPECTED WITH ANY EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS. A FEW STRONGER
STORMS MAY ALSO CONTAIN SMALL HAIL AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING
STRIKES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO A QUARTER INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE
THROUGH 7 AM.
