10 AM. LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED...WITH BRIEF HEAVY
RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES POSSIBLE. THE HEAVIEST
RAINFALL WILL BE CONCENTRATED FROM NEOSHO TO OSCEOLA...AND FROM
AVA TO SALEM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TENTH TO ONE HALF OF AN
INCH WILL BE COMMON WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS NEAR THREE
QUARTERS OF AN INCH.
