This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Flooding risk.
Limited Lightning risk.
Limited Non thunderstorm wind risk.

DISCUSSION...

Residual flooding is ongoing across the area. Many streams and
rivers will remain flooded and even continue to rise tonight.
Some rivers will approach or reach major flood stage. Numerous
roadways are still closed and impassable across southern
Missouri, including many areas that usually do not flood.

Gusty winds of 25 to 30 mph at times will continue into the
overnight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Residual flooding will persist into early next week.

Additional rain and thunderstorms are expected by mid week. The
additional rainfall will result in a limited risk for more
flooding.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
