LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.
LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.
SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER RISK.

DISCUSSION...

THE COMBINATION OF BRISK AND GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS AND LOW
HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE TO LEAD TO SIGNIFICANT FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON WEST OF HIGHWAY 65. OPEN
FIRES IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO RAPIDLY
SPREAD AND ESCAPE CONTROL.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY LINGER INTO THURSDAY MORNING ACROSS
SOUTHERN MISSOURI.

NORTHWEST WINDS MAY GUST TO AROUND 30 MPH ON THURSDAY OVER THE
HIGHER TERRAIN ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN MISSOURI OZARKS.

ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS FRIDAY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS WESTERN MISSOURI AND
SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS.

THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE EARLY NEXT WEEK
AS AN UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN DEVELOPS ACROSS THE CENTRAL
UNITED STATES.
