* TIMING...THROUGH 9 AM.

* VISIBILITY...AREAS OF FREEZING FOG...FREEZING MIST...AND PATCHY
FREEZING DRIZZLE WITH VISIBILITIES DOWN TO LESS THAN A MILE AT
TIMES.

* IMPACTS...THE REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT
THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE. ADDITIONALLY...TEMPERATURES WILL BE
BELOW FREEZING AND THIS WILL RESULT IN MINOR ICE ACCUMULATIONS
ON EXPOSED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES... OVERPASSES...AND CAR
WINDSHIELDS. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION IF ROAD WAY
APPEAR WET. THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW REPORTS OF SLIDE OFFS BECAUSE
OF SLICK SPOTS ON ROADS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.
ALSO...BE ALERT FOR FROST ON BRIDGE DECKS CAUSING SLIPPERY ROADS.
