OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI IN THE ROLLA AREA.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILLS OF THIS MAGNITUDE CAN RESULT IN FROST
BITE ON EXPOSED SKIN IN AS LITTLE AS 30 MINUTES. THOSE OUTDOORS
WITHOUT SUFFICIENT PROTECTION WILL RUN A HIGH RISK FOR FROST
BITE OR HYPOTHERMIA.
